Pierre smiled softly. "Okay, I will try it, for you." He chuckled.

Mike smiled. "Thank you," he said and kissed his cheek.

Payne felt anger rise in him at the altercation between the men.

Pierre smiled at Mike. "No problem." He breathed. "Mon amour." He said, ignoring Payne, not knowing the other man's rage.

Mike smiled wider and looked at Payne. His smile faded when he saw the other man's face. He knew that look all too well.

Pierre also looked at Payne, not recognizing the look at all. "Is there something wrong?" He asked, his accent thickening tenfold with nervousness.

Payne got up and stormed from the room, seeming as if he was on fire.

Mike frowned. "Shit," he mumbled.

Pierre looked at Mike. "What is wrong?" He asked quietly.

"He's angry. Jealous," Mike said.

Pierre frowned. "Jealous? Of what. He has lover, no?"

"I have no idea what he's jealous of. No idea," Mike said and began eating.

Pierre sighed and began to eat as well. He was starting to feel guilty for causing all this drama in the first place.

"Don't worry about him. really. He's just... Full of psychological problems," Mike smiled a bit.

Pierre smiled weakly. "If you say so. I just feel bad for upsetting him all the time. Maybe this whole foreign exchange thing was a mistake." He sighed.

"Don't think that. We wouldn't have met if you hadn't come," Mike said.

Pierre smiled softly. "You are right. I suppose I can not regret this then."

Mike smiled and kissed Pierre's cheek before he continued eating. "And anyway, it's good to have some culture in life besides your own."

Pierre smiled. "Well, the French culture is definitely different from America, I can tell you that much right now." He chuckled.

Mike smiled. "I'll bet it is," he smiled, finishing his meal.

Pierre finished his meal and stood. "Allow me." He said, taking the dishes and going to wash them. Pierre had always been raised with perfect manners.

Mike chuckled. "I'm not sure my mom is gonna let you leave next year," he said with a smile as he leaned against the door frame. He crossed his arms and let his eyes wander Pierre's body.

Pierre chuckled as he washed the dishes. "Oh? I wouldn't mind. She is a sweet woman." He said, oblivious to Mike's eyes eating up his lithe body.
